Global presence, worldwide delivery
We deliver strategic ERP-related projects across 5 continents, no matter the difficulty of the task. For us to deliver outstanding results and ensure international success, we always rely on our key attributes. These include expertise knowledge and understanding of technology and process exposure, as well as excellent team communication and trust within our global teams.
-
Custom-tailored products and services
Customers are often provided a standard ERP solution and then charged extensively for non-standard developments. Over time these hybrid solutions become increasingly difficult to support and upgrade, resulting in additional costs and delays. We see every project as a unique personalised development for each standard solution. We look at the big picture first and see where our proposed solution would fit, so each customer gets the best results. Even if additional software needs to be built, we can accomplish this by complying with all our customer’s standards and requirements.
-
Professional, certified personnel
We cover every IT project position and role with people that have invaluable consultancy experience and deep process understanding. This is to ensure new ERP solutions are fully integrated with existing systems, properly tested and documented too. Our colleagues are CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certified, so we can guarantee your project is in expert hands every step of the way.
-
On time and on budget solution delivery
Despite improving over the years, the IT project failure rate is only just above 60%. The relatively high rate can result from changing the initial project scope, as well as allowing cost overruns and severe delays, which can have knock-on effects to other projects. Here at FSS, we pride ourselves on maintaining high rates of success, and overcoming the possible issues mentioned, through the involvement of strong business analysis in the early stages. We strive to keep our promises to our clients, and one of our biggest commitments is to always deliver the full scope of the project- within the approved timeline and budget.

Flexibility and Customer Orientation
In project management science “scope creep” term refers to uncontrolled project scope growth and/or change, resulting in unexpected delays, resource leaks, cost increases and lower delivery performance. Managing the scope creep in the right way is part of a successful PM job. We try to achieve this by being flexible in our approach - planning wisely and recognising the value of new additional mini-projects (usually emerging in the discovery phase) yet still maintaining the course of the project’s coordinates. We position ourselves as our customer’s advocates, analysing the costs and the benefits of additional scope, and reaching towards the best solution together.

Fast resourcing capacity
Today’s projects require highly specialised resources available for niche tasks. Retaining all this knowledge in-house, whilst keeping high standards of quality, may often prove a very challenging mission. Through our partner network we have quick access to a large number of professional consultants, covering key processes and technological platforms. Our integration experience has proven countless times that we can rapidly build successful teams that are able to deliver complex projects worldwide.
