Infor SunSystems Purchase Requisitioning

SSPR (SunSystems Purchase Requisitioning) is one of the procurement tools provided by Infor that can be integrated with SunSystems. It manages requisitioning from initial request through approval stages and purchase order posted to SunSystems. The approval process covers both functional and budget approval based on Cost Centres. Contract management is also integrated to SSPR. This is a very important part of the procurement process which cannot be handled by the ERP. Customer can manage call-off contracts and the value of the contract is being diminished when a requisition is raised against that contract. This way the Contract Manager can always check the remaining value of the contract and can amend it if needed.

iPOS eProcurement

iPOS (Internet Purchase Order System) provides a web-based requisitioning system for SunSystems. Fully integrated with Infor's ERP, iPOS covers entire procurement process, from requisitioning to invoice, going through all approval stages, including budget limit checking .

2013 - Microsoft Axapta for Central-European Media Enterprises

FSS joins the project of rolling out Microsoft Axapta for Central-European Media Enterprises (CME) Group. Our specialists have been part of the team designing the group ERP standards and an active part of the implementation effort.

March 2013 – Master Data Management Tool Ready to Rollout

Master Data Management Tool development has been completed according to initial customer specifications. Commercial version is underway.

March 2013 – ERP support contract in Middle East extended

FSS Global extended existing ERP and application support agreement with one of the largest state – owned oil companies in Middle East.

January 2013 – Aviation Business Agreement extended

FSS Global extended existing ERP and application support agreement with Shell Global Aviation operating units.

January 2013 – Business Portfolio Adjustment in South Asia

FSS Global successfully completed Shell Gas business portfolio adjustment in Western Malaysia and North Vietnam. All mandatory records and archives have been created and all ERP instances and related applications have been successfully migrated.

2012 - 2013

FSS team fully implements a SUN turn–key solutions for Shell Aviation Managed Joint Venture Companies (MJVs) in Sweden, Finland, Spain and Russia. The solution and connecting interfaces have been fully designed by our consultants and programmers. We have built a series of custom tools integrated with Sun ERP and customer’s standard pricing and invoicing tools, meeting the unified invoicing requirements. FSS is covering the ongoing ERP support.

October 2012 – Yearly Infor Partner Conference in Paris

FSS Global stated its long term partnership intention with Infor by participating in Infor Partner conference in Paris. New potential partnerships are being discussed.

September 2012 - CRM for brokers – Completed

We released second version of CRM Online. Thanks to Star Capital Finance(link) for sharing best practices with us. All recommendations are reflected in the new release. Current version is ideal for finance brokerage or Insurance Industry dealing with clients on regular basis. It helps establishing sales pipeline and lead generation.

August 2012 – Inflectra Partner

We signed a strategic partnership contract with Inflectra Company. We become solution and service provider for Central and East Europe. Together with partner we can offer complete Application Lifecycle Management solution called ALM Online. It is an interface enabling correlation between IT project management and software testing processes. It keeps Track of Release and Requirement Status, Development and Tasks, Test Status and Incidents on one place. ALM Online implements Project Management Controls and creates Bridge between Software Development Lifecycle Steps. The application enables precise reporting and shows actual project status.

June 2012 – Involvement with Local Business

FSS Global general manager become member of local business community in Romania - http://ceoclubsromania.org/. The Chief Executive Officers’ Club is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for CEOs and entrepreneurs so they can improve the quality and profitability of their enterprises through shared learning and business networking.

May 2012 – Established office in Dublin

We have established new office in Dublin, Brace-town Business Park. Our new branch is mainly support for West European customers.

February 2012 – QAce System Partner – Automated Testing Solution

We signed long term partnership contract with QAce System Company, leader in automated testing solution. Their solution combine with ALM Bridge will offer a competitive PM tool with automatic testing features integrated.

2012 - FSS delivers a global SUN version upgrade project for Shell

Our team ensured a smooth version upgrade for more than 20 Shell companies in Europe, Asia and South America, covering upstream, downstream and LPG businesses. Upgrade covered in many cases operating systems, databases, connected applications. The FSS project team of 10 people – Project Manager, Consultants, Business Analysts, Programmers and Testers covered the project scope within the agreed timeframe and budget

November 2011 - Major Retail Network Acquisition Support

We have helped to complete the IT aspects of a major retail network acquisition in the UK, involving over 250 retail sites, with one of our long term customers. The cooperation included supporting the IT systems transfer, and will continue through 2012 as we provide ongoing application support

October 18, 2011 - Microsoft Partner - Dynamics AX

With the previous announcement of Simona Onciu joining FSS, her experience and knowledge in Dynamics has allowed us to further increase the teams knowledge in this growing ERP solution. Her time training our staff during October in the finer aspects of Dynamics has significantly enhanced our delivery capabilities, and 3 of our team received their Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications in November. During the past 2 months we have also worked closely to strengthen our relationship with Microsoft in Romania, and with our growing customer base and certified team, we will soon be a Silver Partner for Microsoft in Romania

October 2011 - Simona Onciu - Top MS AXAPTA Professional Joins FSS

In October 2011, Simona Onciu, one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics AX professionals joined our team in Romania. Her initial focus will be to help strengthen our team Dynamics knowledge to be the best in the country. She brings with her years of experience, after departing from LLP Romania, where she held the position of Dynamics AX Principal She will also lead our Dynamics AX practice across Europe, and we welcome her to our team of top class professionals

September 2011 - Electronic Workflow, Invoice Approval Released

Today we have released our own solution to manage electronic workflow and invoice approvals. This solution can be easily implemented along side any ERP system, and functions smoothly with Purchase Requisitioning tools such as INFOR SSPR. It allows office staff to scan all incoming invoices, and then distribute them throughout the organization for coding and approval by the appropriate departments. Once completed, the approved invoices automatically flow into any ERP system and either match against existing purchase requisitions/orders or create their own accounting entries in the ERP. This solution automates fully the document flow of invoices in an organization, and allows finance departments to focus on suppliers and customers, rather than chasing paper invoices across the entire organization. The solution was built with key professional in the procurement space, who have many years of experience across european businesses, and extends our portfolio of products to provide another niche tool that many business are still lacking.

September 1, 2011 - Major Refinery Divestment Support - Completed

May 1, 2011 - Joint Venture Setup - Sweden, Finland & Russia - Completed

We have finished the setup of a new ERP system, including all reporting and interface requirements for a new Joint Venture in the Nordics focused on the Aviation business in Finland, Sweden and Russia. We continue to provide ongoing support, and develop further tailor made solutions as the business develops.

February 1, 2011 - SAP Migration - Central Europe & Russia - Completed

We have participated heavily over the past 9 months in a major ERP migration, moving 6 Countries on to the latest version of a global SAP system. The migration was mainly from SUN 4 ERP systems, but also from an older SAP implementation. We focused heavily on data migration, data testing, and quality assurance. We continue to cooperate closely on the archiving strategy for the legacy SUN ERP systems

January 1, 2011 - Business Divestment - Gibraltar - Completed

We have helped to complete the IT aspects of a major country exit from Gibraltar for one of our long term partners, and are now working closely with the new owners to setup their ERP systems to work with their HQ systems, and providing onsite support for building their business, as well as providing them with financial cards processing solutions to better manage their retail business.
